Well, if you were nerding out, you binge-listened to Serial<\/em>, the podcast that made Adnan Syed’s case so famous investigations were doubled again, and a murder case from 1999 made news in America. On Thursday, at 6 a.m. EST, Serial<\/em> creators Sara Koenig and Dana Chivvis dropped the first episode of the second season<\/a>. The “case” this time is that of Pvt. Bowe Bergdhal, the U.S soldier who was held hostage by the Taliban for five years. Bergdhal was later released and then accused of being a deserter. This is his story.<\/p>\n 2.
