November is just around the corner and for us at DWL that only means one thing – NaNoWriMo 2017 is upon us! For the third year in a row, Desi Writers’ Lounge and NaNo’s Pakistan Municipal Liaison, Slay Belle, are teaming up for (Inter)National Novel Writing Month.<\/div>\n

During the month of November, participants will attempt to write a 50,000-word novel in just 30 days. This undertaking is a significant one, so DWL and Slay will provide support in person at weekly write-in sessions from\u00a03-5:30 pm<\/span><\/span>\u00a0at the British Council Library in Karachi and online via the official\u00a0NaNoWriMo<\/a>\u00a0forums<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0DWL blog<\/a>. To get everyone excited for another round of writing, we will host a kick-off party at\u00a05pm<\/span><\/span>\u00a0on\u00a0October 28th at the library<\/span><\/span>. Join us to ask questions, hash out story ideas, and eat yummy goodies!<\/div>\n
