Desi Writers Lounge at the Karachi Literature Festival

It is that time of year again! When the Karachi breeze rifles the canopy under which hundreds throng to share their love of one thing: the word. The word brings together the arts and culture obsessed milieu of the city and speakers from around the globe for a weekend jam-packed with book launches, musical performances and some food for the brain. Okay, we may never reach Ayesha Siddiqua levels of ┬ámoderator-greatness (KLF 2012) but, hey we’re not Karachi, You’re Killing Me!-cynical yet about the sixth Karachi Literature Festival. That is because The Desi Writers’ Lounge is back and better than ever.
